From 2018 to 2023 Caolan held a senior project consultant role with BTY Group, he was a Loan Monitor and Payment Certifier on Large scale Residential and Mixed-use projects throughout the United States and Canada.
From 2016 to 2018 Caolan was a Project Manager for Errigal Contracts who are a leading interior fit out contractor based in the UK. Throughout this time, he was involved in projects in the UK, Netherlands and Denmark.
Caolan holds an Honours Bachelor's Degree (BSc) from the Ulster University in Belfast and is Currently working towards his RICS Certification
